“To Give My Dogs the Experiences of a Lifetime, We've Ventured to Some of the Most EXTRAORDINARY Finds, Creating Memories thart are Forever Enshrined” - WooFDriver
We have adventured to areas that are usually not associated with dogs per say visiting. It's important to me to be most respectable so I researched and made sure we were legal to roam around in the Dog-Sled-On-Wheels with the dogs mushing along! Some of these areas/places are again once in a lifetime experiences and some of them took a lot of resources to make happen. Most importantly. as with anything I do with my Husky family their safety and happiness are my priority and number one concern. Hence, the reason I travel with a people team and have incorporated every safety dog consideration detail possible. As with all my EXTREME ADVENTURING I don't recommend for others to do unless they are as prepared and as knowledgable as myself and have the capabilities and personal to safely do. I'm all about creating memories that I can cherish forever and ever. You will probably flip out seeing some of these adventures we were able to make happen:)
WOOFDRIVER'S MOST EXTRAORDINARY ADVENTURES BELOW
As far as I know I'm the only 1 ever to MUSH Dogs at one of the United States of America's most famous areas, The National Mall in Washington DC. We mushed the grounds of The Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, The Franklin Delano Roosevelt & his Dog Fala's Memorial, The Abraham Lincoln Memorial, The George Washington Monument, The World War 2 Memorial, some of the Smithsonian Museums, amongst other famous historic landmark sites. We didn’t quite make it to the US Capitol but were not too far away. We were stopped a couple of times by different police agencies including the Secret Service as they had NEVER SEEN anything like we were doing there. They allowed us to proceed as again I had checked and confirmed the legality issues of us MUSHing The MALL! We did this adventure at night to avoid peak traffic from crossing streets that we needed to cross to access these areas as well as other pedestrian/bikers also at these areas. I don't know if I'd ever do again as it was a lot of planning, logistics and a lot of support people I needed to make it happen. BUT it was INCREDIBLE and that generation of dogs with this experience we did together is forever engrained in my heart!
I'm always looking for ways to excite and challenge my Huskies. Most dogs especially huskies have a high prey drive so around other animals they get overly excited! I therefore always had a dream to get them running with horses. I wasn’t sure how they would exactly take to it but I knew there were no risks and I knew they would be so happy to be so close to horses. Now, understand I'm not that knowledgeable about horses so I had more concern how the horses would react. With the team I have assembled to do all my WooFDriver lifestyle I knew somebody would have some insights. YOU'VE GOT TO READ THE REST OF THIS STORY AND SEE THE REST OF THE VIDEOS BY CLICKING HERE!
We have ran/mushed more bridges then I can count and some were beyond incredible BUT its really hard to coordinate the proper filming to truly capture the moment as we are just a pimple on what can be massive bridges. That being said when you put great minds & people together you can accomplish almost anything! This is such an important section here on my website as some of the bridges we crossed seem not possible especially the NARROW ONES! Don't forget the dogs need the proper training & confidence to handle some of these bridges and a lot can go into that. YOU GOTTA CLICK HERE TO SEE & READ SO MUCH MORE ON MY EXPIERINCES WITH BRIDGES!
